What is Mindfulness? and is it easy to do?

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.

A more holistic and pragmatic view may lead some to say that Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.

Practising mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

When we practice mindfulnessour thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.

How do you practice mindfulness?
