Summary

This role is split into 3 main elements; Office Administration, Health and Safety and Logistics.This is a very varied role which would give the right candidate the ability to gain further qualifications. Physique Sports are looking for the right person with a ‘Can Do’ attitude and someone that enjoys working in a fast moving organization. The ideal candidate will always be looking for ways to help the company improve and be more efficient.

Office Administration

Managing all Office supplies and Suppliers in charge of ordering all office supplies and any ad-hoc purchase. Administration of all staffs Overtime and Holidays and sick days working directly with the accounts department and heads of departments for sign off and keeping all records accurate. Day to day management of the company Fleet, Trackers, Fuel cards and Vehicle Insurance. Undertake ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary, to increase the effectiveness and overall efficiency of the company. We as a company are ISO9001 compliant and you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of this and will also working with the Management team in looking at achieving ISO14001 and CHAS certification.

Health and Safety

This person will take a key role in all Health and safety responsibilities working with a small Health and Safety appointed team responsible for making sure that the company not only complies with all regulations, the health and safety role covers all aspects including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, First Aid and Fire Duties including Fire drills, checking of emergency lighting etc. You will be working closely with all departments to make sure Physique Sports comply with all Health and safety regulations.

Logistics Element

Directly reporting to the Operations Manager for all administrative duties including producing Route Cards, Handover packs for the teams and making sure they have the relevant paperwork for each job. Collating all returned paperwork and sending copies to the Accounts and Sales Departments. Ensuring all correct paperwork for the installation, allocating the serial numbers to orders and producing all paperwork the day before the order needs to be dispatched.

Qualifications

It is essential that the person should have good written and verbal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Ideally, we would be looking for someone with a Health and Safety background with a good understanding of working within a small office environment, willing to help in any role when required. * We require the person to have NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.

Experience & Skills

This person should possess excellent attention to detail and be able to manage a busy workload which can change quickly through the day. Strong time management is required to ensure that all tasks – reactive and proactive can be fit in to the working day. Good interpersonal skills to ensure relationships with customers and colleagues can be built quickly so to give confidence to others.

Salary £18K per year + Depending on Experience
