Service Agreement

Here at Physique Sports, we offer a range of services and servicing agreements for your fitness facilities no matter where you are in the county. Based on you and your health club or gyms preferences, we can offer you a tailored service agreement that you are happy with. Servicing contracts include: labour only, labour with annual service, standard contracts, premium contracts and premium plus contracts with additional offers. We offer these contracts to our all customers and gyms, sports and health clubs, hotels and home facilities throughout and outside the UK. If you are interested in agreeing a service contract with Physique, we have a specialised team who can go through all the options in regards to our services, and agree contracts that can be tailored to you and your budget, in order to optimise an affordable service for you and your facility.

Protecting your investment

We understand your needs to protect your investment in regards to your kit and gym / sports facility, therefore we have a range of services on offer that can also be tailored to suit your needs. Here are a few examples of our service contracts:

Standard with annual service- The Physique Sports standard service with annual servicing package is designed to help and support you to resolve your equipment issues quickly and conveniently. With Physique Sports standard servicing, you will receive a number of benefits. This includes 24/7 access to our online web portal, enabling you to report, track and log faults and repairs and a 48- hour call out service for all repairs (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). This also includes an annual pre-planned preventative maintenance visit to your facility and a completion certificate on completion of annual service. Technical assistance and training on gym preventative maintenance at annual servicing is also inclusive, as well as gym daily/ monthly inspection sheets and instructions and a preventative maintenance guide.

Premium plus contract with annual service– With Physique Sports’ premium plus contract with annual servicing, you receive the same service as a standard one plus more. You will have the assurance the following items are inclusive: all mechanical electrical components, all call out and labour, technical assistance and training on gym preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance guides, all rubberised materials, treadmill belts, all resistance upholstery replacement, gym daily and monthly inspection sheets and instruction guides. Upholstery is covered under normal wear and tear and replaced the discretion of Physique engineer.

We maintain a 90% first time fix rate. All machines will be repaired unless economically viable and then we will arrange alternatives. You can see below our variety of servicing options in more detail.
