As the largest operations of its’ kind we are one of the few companies that fully remanufacture products to a as new standard. All our refurbished gym machines are stripped, sand blasted and repainted within our 40,000 sq ft factory allowing us to have control of the high quality of our end product. We also offer a full bespoke service which allows us to customise all upholstery and frame work to colour match any gym colour or branding.

All second-hand cardio machines then go through a rigorous strip down, shot blasted, re-painted in any ral colour, re-upholstered on strength machines and brand new wear and tear parts fitted so that the reconditioned fitness equipment is fully refurbished back to its former glory.
There are many strength ranges on the market and at Physique Sports, we hold a huge stock of used resistance machines.
Second hand strength equipment is heavily used in commercial health clubs so it was an important decision at Physique Sports to bring shot blasting and spray painting facilities in-house so we can supply a quality and efficient service to our customers.

Gym Equipment Service
Physique Sports supply a fully exclusive warranty service. We have over £80,000.00 worth of parts in stock and 8 in-house engineers to cover the whole of the UK. Fantastic standards are essential and we’re proud of our 48 hour response time and 95% first time fix rate.
At point of sale, customers receive a minimum of one year parts and labour warranty with all refurbished fitness equipment. Also at point of sale, our customers have the option to purchase cost effective extended warranties up to 5 years.
Alternatively, a service contract can be extended once the initial warranty period has expired or there is an option to pay for service via call-out charge and hourly rate.

Physique sports stock an extensive range of spare parts from all the major fitness brands. We can supply genuine manufactures parts both new gym spare parts or used gym spare parts.
Physique also manufacture a range of our own spare parts.
